Refresh of Rules

Instead of joining the tournament when you are finished your entry, I want everyone to submit their join application form right now if they are planning to join. I want to know who's going to be added to the list and right now I do not even care if you are never going to get your entry in on time. I just want to know how many people will be participating so I can weigh out the prizes right away. Thanks.
